  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • For COD orders, a handling fee of ₹49 applies.
  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across India within 3 to 7 working days.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
  • Delivery times may vary during festivals, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural disasters.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned product.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
